  Fuck.

“What did Dex say? Gonna need everything,” I demand.

“Evidently, Cara and that fuck head Josh she’d been seeing went out a week ago and got drunk but something was off with Cara. She said she didn’t feel good so he took her back to the dorm. Told Dex about it the next morning, and he’d gone to check in on Cara considering he and her roommate are tight. Found her gone, hasn’t seen her since and he’d been looking for her. His girl is freaked, scared something like what went down with her has happened with Cara,” Coyote says, hands balled into fists on top of the table. “This morning, Dex found out some information after putting feelers out, she’s been kidnapped. And it’s not good.”

  Motherfucker.

Jumping out of my seat, the chair flies backward falling to the floor. Without a word, I storm down the hallway and make my way to my room filled with computers. I’ll find Cara and then I’m going to do something I should have fuckin’ done the moment she became legal.

  Make her mine.

  No more fuckin’ around.

When I get her back her only choice will be being with me.

  Chapter One

  Cara

  One Week Ago

Pain radiates down through my body once again as Mountain’s fist strikes the side of my face.

“Your brother and his little shit of a club seem to think their shit don’t stink,” Spark sneers as Mountain grabs ahold of my hair.

They’d been holding me captive for the past two months. Only reason I know the length of time is due to one of the prospects, Dicky, telling me. He’s the only ally I’ve had in this place. Besides the fact he gives me food once a day after the rest of the guys crash and I’m back in my cell, he also tells me the day, then apologizes for not getting me anything else to eat. Why he’s with these asshats is beyond me. The guy could do so much better.

Then again, I’m the dummy who’d been drugged at a bar and kidnapped from my dorm room up at Stonewall University. Ember, my roommate and best friend, she’d told me to never leave my drink unguarded, meaning not to let it out of my sight. Being that I was with Josh I didn’t think anything would happen and what do you know. One minute, I’m fine. The next I’m not and needing to lie down. When Josh got me back to my room at the dorms, I passed out only to wake up here, wherever here is. I don’t know but that was two months ago.

You try going months without a bath and see how you like it. It sucks and all I want is to go home and meet my nephew, that I’d avoided meeting for months, all because I was ticked with my brother, Coyote, for being a big fat mean jerk. He’d come up to school the first week and all but humiliated me by finding me at a frat party I’d gone to with Ember to meet up with Josh who I’d met. The worst part of it all was when he’d found us making out, Josh’s hand up my shirt and we were getting ready to go at it. Coyote had nearly thrown Josh down a flight of stairs in the process of getting Josh away from me.

“Bitch, I’m talking to you,” Spark the one responsible for my kidnapping snarls as Mountain, his Sergeant at Arms, forces my head back more.

“I can’t help you there,” I croak in response. “I hadn’t spoken to my brother in months before you dickheads had to kidnap me.” Which is the truth but every time I say this, they don’t seem to want to believe me. Everyday it’s the same with these morons.

“You’re pushing your luck, sweetness, but we have something planned for you. Something that will get your brother and the rest of those pussies’ attention,” Spark mutters leaning in close and brushing a hand across my bruised cheek.

What now? Beat me some more.

If Coyote doesn’t know where I am by now, I highly doubt he’ll find me before I’m dead. I’m sure that’s what will happen.

“Snig, get the camera set up.” This said by Lighter who seems to have decided to grace me with his presence. Considering there are eight men altogether, I don’t see them all every time but it’s not like I don’t fear them. In fact, you’d think I’d fear Spark and Mountain the most. Nope, Lighter, Rocko, and Scar were the worst of them all.

This is because they’re not predictable as much as Spark and Mountain. They go for the brute force whereas the others don’t.

  Camera?

“Mountain, release her from her chains,” Spark grins, maliciously as he steps back.

  Uh oh.

I’m definitely in trouble as everyone except for Snig, Scar, and Player. Two out of three of them aren’t in the room and Snig is standing behind a camera tripod on the other side of the room.

Mountain releases me from my chains and grips me by my hair to hold me in place as I’m dragged from the chair.

“Camera’s rollin’,” Snig states from his position.

“Good, keep it running. Make sure to get every bit of what we do to her,” Spark orders.

  What they do to me?

Spark is the first one to move, pulling out a blade and cutting the rest of my filthy clothes from my body, leaving me exposed to each of their gleaming eyes to stare at.

Nausea rolls through my stomach as I realize just what they intend to do to me.

Lifting my arms, I go to cover my breasts with my hands, but Spark smacks my bruised wrist away with one hand while putting his knife back in its sheath.

“You’ve tempted us for the past two months with this body and we’ve finally all agreed on what we want to do to you in order to get it back to those pussies. The Dragons Fire MC are back and we’re going to take back what they took from us. Starting with you,” Spark sneers as he reaches up and pinches my nipples between the tips of his fingers harshly drawing a whimper from me.

  No.

“Don’t let them know how much it hurts, Cara. Don’t show weakness. Animals like him, they feed on it.” Ember’s words echo in my head as they have several times over the past two months, giving me the strength I need to keep from breaking completely. She’d gone through something similar granted she wasn’t kidnapped, it doesn’t take away from the trauma she endured at the hands of the man who attacked her. I wonder if Dex has found the guy yet.

“Time for some fun,” Lighter mutters as he steps up to my side, grips the side of my face, forcing me to look at him. His mouth descends on mine in a brutally forceful kiss, shoving his tongue in my mouth.

Take your mind somewhere else. Don’t let what they do hurt you. It will be over soon, and you will survive this. You’re strong and stubborn and won’t let this hurt you. You can get through this.

I keep repeating this in my head as each of them begin to torment my body as they grope and paw every inch.

The first penetration is when I finally cry out in pain from the rapid thrust entering my body at once. Spark grips one of my legs, and I try not to scream as he thrusts deep within my pussy but Lighter’s mouth on mine muffles the sounds. Someone lifts my other leg and terror consumes me as Mountain releases my hair in order to slam his dick into my ass, tearing through me like the monster he is. Unable to stop myself, as Lighter finally releases my mouth, I cry out in pain, tears pour from my eyes as I beg them to stop. Little did I know this was just the beginning.

The coolness of the floor beneath my naked body is my only reprieve as I curl into myself and lay there on my side. Tears sliding from my eyes. My body feeling as if it had been ripped open from everything that had been done to it. I don’t know how long but it felt like an eternity that they repeatedly forced themselves on me.

Their mocking sniggers can still be heard as they laughed at my expense.

The degrading words filter through my head and I close my eyes tight as a shuttering breath escapes. Tears become sobs and I wish nothing more than to get away from these monsters.

If only my brother and the guys from the Devil’s Riot MC could find me. Granted there’s one member of the club I don’t want to see me like this. Let alone know what’s happened to me. I’ll never be the same as I was. That girl is gone.

  Chapter Two

  Nerd

Present

“Please tell me you have something?” Coyote asks, from the other end of the line. We’d been searching for Cara for the past two months and I’m only now finding her.

Shadow, Tracker, Blaze, Venom, Whip, and I had just gotten to the area, I’d been able to track the Dragons Fire MC down to an area close to our Franklin Charter in Dendron. It took a while to find them thanks to the bullshit goose chase they sent us on.

I’ve got to admit, the fuckers who took Cara had someone plant a lot of shit to direct us in other directions first. One being up close near the school. That trip Coyote went with us promising to keep his cool. Yeah, that shit didn’t happen, he’d gone berserk. Destroyed the cabin and then went to the school Cara was attending, withdrawing her claiming she wouldn’t be back when she was found.

“Never letting her out of my fuckin’ sight again,” he’d muttered. Dex was in the room with us when we packed her shit, holding Ember to him as tears filled her eyes.

“Please call me when you find her,” Ember pleaded. I knew from the reports Dex gave us that the two girls grew close.

“Yeah, Ember, and feel free to come down anytime to see her once we get her home,” I told her before Coyote said something out of anger. We all knew Ember was dealing with her own shit and she’s lucky as hell her uncles haven’t dragged her ass back to Texas.

After talking with some of our brothers from our Franklin charter and finding out what happened to Tanner’s woman, we were about to finally get a lock on Spark. Was shocked as shit when Twister told us how Dragons Fire MC went after one of their associates. Then again, the dude in charge before Spark had an obsession with Alexis and wanted her for himself.

The fuckers were stupid for going after Alexis but even furthermore for going after Cara. I plan to make each of them suffer when I get my hands on them.

“Coyote, we’ve found them, should have her extracted and on the way home soon,” I mutter quietly as Tracker and Shadow glance in my direction, furrowing their brows. Venom and Whip were out scouting the building the Dragons Fire MC are holding Cara in.

I didn’t want to tell him she wasn’t exactly going to be coming to the clubhouse. Not after that video I’d endured watching. Twister had received it and sent it directly to me. The five of us saw it and I nearly threw my fuckin’ computer at what they’d done to Cara. So, no fuckin’ way is she going anywhere but to the hospital first.

Twister and Horse have even mobilized on this. Since we’re closer to them they sent K–9 and Sabor, with a cage so we’d be able to get her to the hospital where Connors will be waiting.

“Tell him,” Tracker mouths and I shake my head. I know Tracker’s my VP and thinks I should inform Coyote of the video but that’s not happening. Not until I have Cara in my arms, and I know she’s safe.

We all know Cara and know she wouldn’t want her brother seeing the video, let alone knowing about it. She’s as stubborn as her brother. Hence the reason she refused to take his calls or come home for the holidays.

“Alright, call me the minute she’s with you all and you’re heading this way,” Coyote mutters.

“You got it, brother,” I state, feeling like shit but I don’t need him going off the rails. None of us do. Disconnecting, I put the phone back in my pocket and face my brothers.

“Should have told him,” Shadow murmurs.

  “Agreed,” Tracker grumbles.

“You want his ass on his bike speeding this way, taking the chance of getting into a wreck because his mind isn’t in the right place?” I ask. They both know what I’m talking about and know I’m right. I may be called Nerd due to my computer skills but I’m also fuckin’ smart. Smarter than most even realize.

Such as the fact, during the video of those fuckers raping Cara, I’d noticed something right off the bat. The one wearing the club patch Spark isn’t the one in charge. Not even the one wearing the VP patch. No, they kept looking toward another one of the men on the video. He stayed in the background and when he took part in raping her, he’d been far more vicious with her body and commanded authority over the others.

“Then let’s go get Cara, get her the help she’s going to need. We’ll call Coyote after we get her to the hospital,” Tracker states.

Nodding, I check the clips of both my guns and place them in their holsters under my cut. “Yeah, those Dragons fuckers need to burn in the depths of hell they came from,” I sneer.

“You got that right, brother,” Shadow mutters as he heads for the door to the room, we’d gotten it in order to prepare for what’s to come in the next hour.

“Don’t know how many are in there right now but eight of them left thirty minutes ago,” Whip grumbles as the three of us step up to stand next to him and Venom.

“You sure it was eight?” I ask.

“Yeah, why?” Whip asks in return.

“And they didn’t have Cara with them?” My gut tightens at the thought of her being gone again.

“She wasn’t with them. They left as one unit,” Venom states.

“Then those motherfuckers have left her here. There can’t be more than eight of them. Twister’s club killed them off back when they kidnapped Lo-man.” As I say this something clicks in my head. “Fuck. The video was a motherfucking trap. They knew we had to have been catching up to them,” I snarl, storming away from my brothers and toward the building needing to get to Cara as soon as I can.

“Shit, he’s right,” Shadow calls out as he rushes after me.

Rushing through the clearing between where we’d been standing with Venom and Whip, I dart over the ditch and run into the building not caring if anyone follows or the dangers that could be waiting. No, what matters is getting Cara out before anything else happens to her.

“Fuck,” Tracker mutters from behind me as we open the door. Glancing to the side of the room, I see exactly what he’s talking about. A timer connected to a pile of explosives, counting down with barely five minutes left.

“Shit, let’s find Cara,” I grumble, moving further into the building.

“I’ll check this way,” Whip states.

“I’ll go with you,” Venom adds.

“Nerd and I will go this way then. Shadow, see if you can prolong that shit or something,” Tracker growls. “I’m not trying to get blown up today. Not when I have a kid at home to take care of and an ol’ lady to keep warm at night.”

“See what I can do,” Shadow grumbles.

Moving further down the hallway, my heart pounds within my chest, anxious to find Cara, yet nervous as fuck as to what I’ll find.

At the end of the hallway one of the last doors gains my attention or the lock on it gains my attention. Examining the door, I determined the lock isn’t going to be able to stop me and I could open it easy enough. Lifting a booted foot, I kick the door in. The door swings open making a thudding sound against the wall.

My eyes barely adjust to the darkness of the room when I see her. Lying on the floor curled into a ball shaking in a fuckin’ cage of all things. Fuck me, they kept her in a motherfuckin’ cage like an animal.

“Cara,” I murmur, softly as I approach the door of the damn thing to examine the lock. Her body tightens and she whimpers. I was going to need to pick the damn thing.

“VP, we gotta pick that fuckin’ lock and get her out of there,” I growl.

“Going to need to get Whip for this,” Tracker states and moves out of the room.

Fuck. This is bad. Time’s ticking and we’ve got to get her out of here.

“Cara, baby, hang on. I’m going to get you out of here,” I state before moving as close as I can.

“Nick,” she whispers, inaudibly but I hear her and my heart clenches. She’s the only one to ever call me by my real name rather than by my road name.

“Yeah, baby, I’m here. We’re going to get you out of here. Can you sit up for me?” I ask, gently.

“I don’t know.” Tears seem to choke her up as she struggles to get up.

It’s okay, baby. I’ll help you up in just a minute. Whip’s on his way in here to pick the lock,” I state, calmly.

“What do we have?” Whip asks as he steps in the room.

“Cage lock, can you get it open?” I grumble, nodding to the cage keeping me from getting to Cara.

“Yeah, not a problem,” Whip states as he kneels down in front of the door and does his thing with his pick tools. Seems like minutes when it’s mere seconds that he has the door open and I’m able to get to Cara.

Wanting to give her some modesty, I shrug out of my cut and holster, remove my shirt. Kneeling next to Cara, I gently pull it over her head, her eyes clenched closed as I do this. “I got you, baby, just hold on and we’ll get you out of here.”

“Brother, we don’t have time to waste. Shadow has the timer suspended for now but whoever made it was smart enough to set a secondary timer that will trip it if the first is tampered with. We gotta go,” Venom declares from the doorway.

“We’re coming,” I say, grabbing my holster and cut in order to put them back on. Quickly yet gently, I lift Cara into my arms and join the others in the hallway. Rushing down the hall into the main room of the building, Shadow opens the door and holds it for us to exit.

“Gotta get to the ditch and take cover,” Shadow orders as we dart out the way we’d come.

I barely get into the ditch and brace when the deafening noise of the building exploding resounds around us.

  Fuckin’ hell that was close.

Only good thing is we’d gotten my woman out of there. Next up, getting her the help she needs.

  Chapter Three

  Cara

“Brother, you know he’s going to be pissed for not being kept in the loop.”

“Don’t care. Doing this for her. She wouldn’t want him to be around her like this.”
